Why on earth would you take it out of 4Lo? It'll do 35mph in 6th gear in 4Lo :D

@Willy224 that was when he had his 4Runner. He has gotten better with his 19 Tundra lol

Keeping up with the cool kids gets real expensive in a hurry. Better get your order in for long travel and portals to keep up

I'm surprised I haven't seen a single new owner post with a 4th gen Tacoma on Tacomaworld yet. Other Tacoma forums already have a few and I thought Tacomaworld was the pinnacle of Tacoma forums

We are all smart enough to not buy the first ones off the production lines!

The only people that have them are influencers

I haven’t seen one hit a dealer around here yet but there are some in transit

this is your opportunity! You could be the first! ;)

I did that once.. I traded it a year and a half later. Second truck was way better and had zero issues (closing in on 150k miles now)

All the first ones were presold with 10-20k markups.

Seen one driving around town, and I know a few dealers have taken a few deliveries. Our first ones won't be for another 2 weeks

Yuuup. It's effing stupid but that's the new norm for the industry over the past 4-5 years.
.the days of affordable cars are half a decade behind us.

No kidding, you can spend more on a Tundra than I paid for my first house.

I have to do some more digging.
Caught wind there's an offroad event in Dresser, WI at The Trollhaugen ski resort on March 2.
All I can find is an outdated schedule and their Memorial Weekend run.

Some of you might have heard me talk about my Dad's health struggles over the last 7-8 months. It's been especially tough for the last few weeks, with him being in and out of the hospital. Unfortunately, he passed away last night.

A lot of my interests are things I picked up from him. He even sold me my first 4Runner. He was a music lover, and a fisherman. He was a great father, who always did everything he could for us.

He was a regular on a fishing forum, where he had a lot of friends. I posted the news over there this morning. I'm sharing a link to that thread, in case anyone is interested in checking it out. The responses are a good indication of the type of person he was.
