Bought two Maisto 3rd gen TRD Pro die cast models from Passion Diecast in Laval, P/N 32910OR and 32910BK. Looks like a good company to buy from, ordered Saturday and had the models at my door Tuesday.

"Mid-size" trucks certainly grew over the years since 1942

    ABLVV87MQyoaYOKQH7CG-OH5OUqJeAsDyj0PyXto_945f03652b8307d0beeca07f3690bcbc6b2fd23a.jpg ABLVV85O5uUB19Uz0HEBorybLgqKs8NOso92aoZt_e720e28e4068543250089139f8c0b0540b1025ff.jpg

Jokes aside, 1/27 is an unusual scale. Closest I have is the 1/32 King Tiger, so it's 19% undersized compared to the Tacos.

    ABLVV844Dg8blOAG9yqgt9IpcQI4qlOufyasWshR_47fa1355a4ccbaa32526c2e8d02de6359b177598.jpg ABLVV84GDw7vgV9VXO2wmxkVO5GgUdn0CdgkdSa0_210610c56920b8834d9ff722ef62b7334c4123c0.jpg

Only the front doors open. Front wheels don't steer. Underside shows some effort to include realistic details. TRD skid plate, catalytic converters with their diagonal braces, exhaust, fuel tank, leaf shackles, and steelie spare all are readily visible.

    every single day
@Norilsk begins to resemble a unicorn...

    First the manuals
    then the access cabs
and now the tacoma all together now that he has the 4Runner...

Did the chuck norris taco that got dragged up greens by a jeep even make it up that?
    did that truck even exist?

Troof, of course that was a benefit of less rolling resistance for the heeps winch

He was on 35" street tires. I think he did Black Lake Loop on 31s with winching.

I know if an Access cab takes a nose dive and hits a giant rock in Michigan ...lots of people hear it.

That doesn't sound like an access cab problem

Installed Diode Dynamics DD6738 SS3 fog lights in the 4Runner:

    [IMG] [IMG]

Installation following Diode Dynamics' video was fairly straightforward. Only hiccup on my 14 year-old vehicle was the rusted screw holding each OEM fog light in the bumper cover. I could feel the philips screwdriver starting to strip, so I finished the job with a Vessel JIS bit. The JIS bit gave a very noticeable improvement in grip.
