Difference between OEM HU PART NUMBER 8614004200 and 8614004230

I’ve read countless forums and product pages and can’t tell the difference between the two OEM head units.

in this post, they mention the 230 variant but someone in comments mentions 200, both from the same model years, but when I look up 230 on Toyota, the description is just “Tacoma; w/DBC; All.”

On eBay, the 200 model costs almost 2x, is this the GPS part and 230 no gps? Or model years?

Actually, while you’re here…do you know how can I tell which model I have on my 2018 Trd OR with the technology package without opening the dash?

 

I wish I could answer your question brother, but I have no clue. Hopefully one of our resident audiophiles will see this and chime in.
