    I've got ammo piled up stacked up neatly in the garage ain't had a chance to find a cabinet I like for it all that will live in the garage. Not ideal but I've got a small house, and 2 kids that my wife insists have their own room soo...

    As mentioned already, PT for the framing. But there are new techniques that really help with longevity. The newest is to use sealing tape over the top of the joists and over the end of any exposed framing. And even on the bottom of 4x4's and 6x6's that are placed in the ground.


    This is not a bad solution and one I am considering. Stone lasts forever as long as it is installed properly.

    Also with treated dont put any spacing between boards. They shrink a lot when they dry. And if you space it, it will be even bigger gap when boards dry

    Not gonna be two tear now, just 24’ wide x 32’ deep with steps off both sides. 5’ tall at the house, 10’ tall away from the house. Lot of ladder work but it’ll be worth it.

    Its a little more but id use 6x6 posts.
