You know, we got teased with all that warm weather a ways back... I know next weekend will supposedly be better... but...

I need at least, little to no wind today or tomorrow

 

The taps to the factory harness were made in the cab right behind the little storage bin to the bottom left of the steering wheel, so I figured that was unlikely, but I’ll have to check in depth when I see him next time. I’ll probably rip apart the areas I spliced to the old side steps to double check those too. Thank you.

 

Good luck with that. At least where I am right now everyone’s hair is going wild.

 

Yeah, about that...

Went and did some stuff I didn't want to today(Costco), wind was blowing truck around on the way out and back...
Came home, said fk it... curled up with the dog, turned the idiot box on...
Wife gets home, we go to the store, wind is gone, warmed up, etc....

Guess it mellowed out not too long after I got home....

Oh well, there is always tomorrow....

So if you want to tune in and root for a truly special local girl watch tonight and look out for a girl with medium length blue color hair named Amanda Mograss.

Easter

I had no idea we had that kind of $$$ double time and a half cash.

 

Normal Sunday hours/premium.
Easter Sunday isn't a Federal holiday.

 

We drove up to Burlington, going through the notch my truck grabbed second just to keep at about 50. Was getting blown all over the place on the way up.

 

Yeah I was going up 91 and it was straight headwind the entire way up, even with the tune I was in 4th trying desperately to keep at 70 lmao

 

Busy and expensive day.
Taxes finally(this one hurt a lot).
Optometrist appt, and ordered a new set of glasses.
And she is talking about quitting her job, going to school, and starring a new path.....but, she isn't sure what.

 

My wife did that. She was a case manager at the Y and went back and got her M.Ed and is now an elementary school teacher and loves it. Depending on the courseload there's something to be said about banging out the schooling as far as possible. Short term loss, long term gain financially, hopefully in your case.

 

My wife just did similar. Went back to school to get her doctor in PT.

She did northeastern undergrad (notoriously a five year program) in 4. She did a DPT program, typically 3 years, in 2.

See if you can find a way for workspace to pay for it. My old gig we had a kid come in as a machinist. Got his BS in Mech E within a few years. They paid for most of it.

Paid for my statistics degree too.

Went to Fogo de Chao for lunch before the double header Friday. Yesterday the 4:00 puck drop kinda messed up that idea.
Epic game yesterday, like two heavyweights trading body shots.

 

I watched the BC game start to finish since March Madness has made me a degenerate gambler and I like hockey more than basketball. Absolutely incredible game. That freshman line from BC is unreal; their patience with the puck and skill is clearly another level.

 

Totally, though right now doing the same my wife is only doing one class per semester. I want to say 7 total and she's on #5 I think now?

Though in her case it's not a career change as enhancing her career. Plus when she retires in 2 years (hopefully!) she can still do this on the side, going for her BCBA cert.
