    Hey everyone!

I recently picked up a 2019 trd pro and noticed the front sat a bit higher than the rear. Upon further inspection, it looks like the guy before me installed a (red) rough country spacer in the front and did nothing to the rear. I measured the spacer @ 1" -- I'm guessing he was planning on putting some bushings in the back as well at some point and just didn't get around it (who knows). I tried to look up the rough country spacer and all I'm seeing are 2" spacers so don't know what the previous owners intentions were, but I'm going to be removing the spacers.

    1. What are the biggest tires I can fit on my trd pro w/ the stock Fox suspension? I think the pros lift stock are a bit higher than other models if my research is right. Please don't tell me to get different suspension haha... I'd like to keep the truck stock for resale purposes. Plus everyone says the stock Fox's are solid anyway. I don't offroad.

    2. Were the spacers he put on just bolt on? I'm worried if I try to take them off I won't have the hardware I need to get my truck back to a stock height stance.

    Thanks fellas!

The stock pro suspension works quite well for the intended taco scope.(not bouldering).

You'il love it on the road. But do get rid of the trash block and get it back to.stock.

Thanks, what are the biggest tires you can put on a stock 2019 trd pro? Most of the answers I'm seeing are for non pros, which don't have as much stock clearance

The stock Pro suspension is 1" higher in front only. The spacer 1" previous owner installed give 2" of lift. You can remove or install new leaf pack, ot add a leaf. Some do add blocks to rear. Best move is leaf pack. As for tire size increase, all depends on what your going for. 285's are a crap shoot. Alignment plays big factor. Tall skinny (255/ 80's) Your best bet in SREACH button. Type different tire sizes in search and see pics/comments from other.

Since lift doesn't create tire clearance the sizes you read for other models will be correct.

For your stated use case and your desire to be stock-ish, I would go with stock size (or +1) in a Michelin Defender.

After hours of research, new plan is take off the spacer, do a body mount chop, method 701s w/ 0 offset and 285/75/16 K02s ;)

    Fail.

Not that I care. It's just not what you asked for

@Clearwater, I did get what I asked for -- folks above were more than helpful. I just didn't realize that adding only height doesn't fix clearance issues. To get width and keep proper travel of my stock suspension, I'll need to get a body mount chop.

Or just deal with smaller tires

Appreciate you being negative though! Goes a long way

I think you missed my point.

You stated a goal of wanting to be stock.

You also stated you don't off road. But you've now gone a different direction, which is fine.

Like I said, I don't care, but suggestions were offered based on your statements

You call it negative. I call it truthful.

Maybe keep your OE wheels, because if you do sell the truck, the new owner may prefer them?
OK, my time here has come to an end. :hattip:
