I am having issues while at full turn either left or right, the power steering pump locking up temporarily. This is causing the belt to squeal, and I'm sure is wearing the belt out. Ive replaced the power steering fluid. Can anyone help me, try and diagnose this issue. TIA

I would suspect your pressure relief valve in the power steering pump is stuck. I don't know where on the pump it will be exactly for you but typically it's under the high pressure hose fitting. if you find a service manual or power steering pump rebuild instructions it will be mentioned and may have a picture. I would remove it and clean it at the least if not just rebuild it as a whole

Edit, you don't have a Honda but most power steering pumps are similar. I just recall that my 93 Toyota truck had a snap ring on the back which held everything together instead of being bolted together and required a pin punch to remove. https://youtu.be/ArxN8T_6PbI?si=4Nmz7H5osoYZYJeK

I'd check the reservoir screen if its clogged and starving the pump at max demand.

Over the years the hoses give in to the heat and pressure and start delaminating.

If you screen is clogged....thats most likely the culprit.

Clean the screen. This video will help:

If that doesn't help you might need to rebuild your pump. This thread, https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/power-steering-pump-rebuild-how-to-with-photos.377002/ will show you how to do it.
