But I live 30 mins. from anything that would be in my field and 45 mins. is nothing to travelout here for work. But that is a down side for rural living.:D

This place is 30 minutes from home, would be a left on one road, go about 15 minutes and take another left on another road and go 15 more minutes and turn in the parking lot. No stop lights, no traffic. I love rural living :D

The guy ask me what hours I would want, I said I work 7-3 now but don't take a lunch. He said they usually work 7-5 Monday through Thursday and 7-3 on Fridays. He said if I wanted to take a short lunch he wouldn't have a problem with that so I could leave around 4-4:30.

I don't see us moving since we're so close to paying off the house within 2 years, and our house payment is $800.00. I think I mentioned this before 20 mins. to nearest grocery and anything in town is like 45-50 mins. I go to back Dr. this morning to see when I can return to work:fingerscrossed:.

I still got 28 years left on mine :pout:

I'm in a pretty good location. 10-15 minutes from stuff you need and if you need to hit up a Wal-Mart or Lowe's it's like 25. Now, I do live on a busy road, but I got used to it. Big rig engine brakes are my lullaby now

We were fortunate to get a 20 year mortgage and pay a little extra on it. We're in less than a year right now. If/when interest rates come back down I would love to refinance. My buddy at powdercoat said his interest rate is 2.4% :pout:

We have a Wal-Mart 12 minutes from the house and a TSC and a building supply place which is like a mini Lowe's. Also have convenience stores 8 minutes in any direction and a grocery store within 10.

Ooof. I could sell my house and pocket some money, but trying to buy another one would be almost impossible. I'm stuck here for a while :annoyed:

Congratulations! But be warned, expect a dip in your credit score once you pay off the mortgage.

No problem I'm way too high and I don't want the Gobement to tag me for more money since I have a better credit score than the other guy. It's a real thing these days.
