Weekly wash! Really need to find the time to put on the remaining parts. Lights and winch are up next.

One of the best looking too! Although

Although I was still partial to the Ram because that thing just looked like such a beast. I just wish the electronics in those weren’t so terrible or I might try on a Cummins.

The Ram was a beast! A big and expensive one too lol.

The electronics isn’t the main worry…the stupid 68RFE and “straight to jail” for making it more fun to drive was. If I towed, I’d definitely keep it.

The Tundra is much better for where I live though, and it actually gets to temperature in 5-10 min vs. the Ram which took 20+ min for the trans to hit temp.

Yeah I hear ya man. My 2013 Ram was a nightmare with the electronics but maybe they have improved since then.

The other practical problem for me would be that a 2500 would be too big for a lot of the trails I ride. Not to mention all those problems with the DEF system.

I’d have to agree! DEF SUCKS! That stuff belongs in the trash.

Wow! Dare I say this Tundra has felt the most capable/well suited for the camper setup. I really do think moving from the giant 2500 to the RCSB Tundra was a wise move for me.

Somehow, the truck is handling the weight of the camper just fine with the stock leaf + deaver aal. The rear feels dialed and very “buttery” with the ability to change compression on the resi’s.

Next steps are doing the interior buildout and getting some L-track on the drivers side.

Installed a bed stiffeners, Warn Evo 10, and 30” Baja Designs S8. Install was a 7/10 difficult for everything being in horrible places, having to grind down the back of the bar, etc. Excited to drive it and see how my 700lb springs up front like the additional weight!

Getting ready for the first camping trip next weekend! I pulled off all the skids yesterday and used thick rubber washers and stuck on foam pads between all the contact points. No more random popping sounds now!

Also trying to figure out the exhaust. My new leafs are going to contact the exhaust once installed. I can’t axle dump it without it droning like crazy (already tried this, it was terrible). So I’m thinking of doing a bed exit like this. Thoughts?
