My 2014 Tacoma Quad Cab has always made what is best described as a harmonica sound
when driving on the highway at 70+ MPH with the sound coming from either the passenger window or drivers window depending on which direction the cross wind is I am driving in at the time. Have any of you experienced the same? When I have taken it to Toyota they say they are aware of the problem but have no fix.

Toyota's fix is to replace the door seals, some people have fixed it by running small tubing inside the door seals.

Dealer should know about the TSB.

I get the noise in crosswinds too. I always thought it was because of the vent shades. I figured it was like blowing across the top of a bottle.

Updated door seals / drip line mod, as others have mentioned above, but I also found that the holes behind the inside mirror mount trim (the plastic triangle towards the front of the door on the inside, opposite the side view mirrors) were responsible for a ton of noise in my truck. Some tape over them solved everything that new door seals didn't.
