Hey All, I've looked around and have been unsuccessful in finding a manufactured 2WD front skid plate. All I have seen is DIY one-offs guys have made themselves. Thank you!

You want to buy an OEM one or want an aftermarket skid.

    4 run, 2 don't
    You have a Prerunner

Aside from lacking the 4x4, it's the same truck so just buy any aftermarket one meant for a 4x4 like @Ricardo13x said

You can get a TRD 3rd gen skid plates on Amazon, and you can ALSO GET the generic copies that fit just as well. Yes, the 3rd gen ones fit 2nd gens, and yes they will fit 2nd or 4wd, same subframe.

I got the $175 generic mold copy and it fits great! I did have to change out the supplied bolts for the correct size but other than that I’ll just say that your best bet is to get a thread tap & chase the threads of all the mounting points before u try to bolt everything up. M12x1.5

I think you meant “gravel guard”.

Never heard it called "gravel guard", I like "skid plate". I'll have to check the description from Toyota on my new 2024 4Runner with the same.

Here’s the 3rd gen TRD PRO aluminum skid on my 2015:

Bolts right up with no issues and covered the LCA cam bolts, unlike RCI and some others.

Nice this is a good example. I have not seen it on the v1 of the 2nd gen. I knew the bolt pattern is exactly the same. Cheers

FWIW I’m very happy with the generic PRO skidplate. It doesn’t need to be removed for oil changes either, you can reach up and around the back edge of it on the passenger side to get to the 4cyl oil filter or remove the small access panel in the middle.
