decided to alter this post to be the start of the F-fittty build update thing since i dont wanna make another thread lol.

i bought this truck for the growing needs of my life and what we are needing in the future. so here we go!

Info on the truck:
its a blue flame metallic 2017 f150 xl 4x4 loaded with a lot of options which is nice!

stock, with a rough country spacer for this year.
Wheels/tires:
17x9x0 pro comp wheels with 285/70/17 Nokian outpost nats SL

raptor style flares.
Bed rack or chase rack:
some random cheap chase rack.
have plans to cut up my all pro bed rack to make it work on the truck for a tent in the future.

barricade raptor style bumper for f150

sold my warn 10k winch

no patches! damn things wont stick to the roof!

nothing atm sold all of it to buy a bike. atm the plan is to get a camper in a year or so. so might pick up another cheap rtt or a simple ground tent tbh

Removed:
oem 17x8.5 steelies. might sell might keep as a spare.

Wishlist:

-method race wheels in 18x9 flavor either bronze or machined metal. (maybe but not needed)

-leveing kit for the front either fox shocks or Bilstein's.

-winch mount: this one is vague for the fact idk if i want it in the oem bumper or to get a full bumper again.

-headlights of some type.

-maybe a different grill?

-raptor style fender flares: to give the truck a bit more stance.

-new tow mirrors from boost auto

I just got it. We wanted a few days to think it over and make sure we wanted it. The Tacoma was traded in.

Oh yeah. It's never truly dirty. Just hate how dusty looking it gets from work. Then if it sprinkles it creates a ton of huge water spots since it's always got dust on it.

 

Haha yaaa that's part of it! If I know it's going to rain that week I won't even bother washing lol

i looked into the fox suspension and everyone said if you tow anywhere around 5k lbs the truck squats and feels squishy and not all that planted so if you plan to tow anything around that weight get the Bilstein or stay stock lol

 

This is a crazy idea but based on your recent history, maybe you should put on some miles first and make sure the transmission isn’t gonna have issues lol
