Largest wheel/Tire sizing

I have 2023 Tacoma TRD Offroad 4X4 not modified. Questions:

1. Largest tire/wheel sizing/offset that can be used that DO NOT require modifications

2. Will 285/75 R16 work on factory rims? (currently have factory supplied 265/70 R16)

1) 255/85/16

2) Yes they should fit fine as long as you stay with a 16” tire.

To clarify - 285’s will fit that size wheel, but you will need to do cutting and trimming and possibly a CMC to fit the tire under the truck.
