I had one on my old Tacoma. If you close yourself in the bed on a sunny day you can see the couple of leaky spots. Mine were in the front corners. A little black silicone caulk made it water tight.

Just installed my Lasfit floor mats. I'm loving them. The total coverage is great. They are thick, but not bulky, grippy (I hate slick floor mats), and the 1 piece back is nice. They feel like they'll last a long time. Just in time for hunting season with muddy boots. I set them in the sun for a couple hours to soften them up and they fit like a glove.

bunch of minor interior mods done within the last week

    - meso customs dual color interior lights
much needed upgraded, couldn't see anything with the oem leds, the upgraded white leds are almost too bright and the red leds are functional and perfect.
the map lights install was a little difficult but just took some patience, rear dome light took literally 10 seconds
note how much brighter the red light is compared to the oem puddle lights
    IMG_2602.jpg

    - under seat storage mat < use this link for 20% off
very happy with this, fits perfect, keeps all the tools and gear i keep under here from rattling around
    IMG_2587.jpg

    - picked up the trd pro shift knob from a dealer for cheap with the labor day sale

    - leather armrest cover with red stitching

suprisingly fit is 10/10, flits flush and doesn't wrinkle when opened. my dog is already scratching everything in the interior so any protection helps

    - musology cup holders
    fits perfect

    - side storage cubby
another surprisingly good fit, it is now my dedicated napkin holder

    IMG_2593.jpg

    - tuffskinz foam inserts for everything
love that the 4th gen has storage everywhere but everything will rattle against the hard plastic.
    IMG_2600.jpg
    IMG_2592.jpg

    - aluminum pedal covers
another member posted on here a few pages back, quality is good and fits very snug. shame that the off road trim doesn't come with this standard

Installed my Thule T2 Classic on the hitch receiver today for a mountain bike ride. They've total redesigned the receiver from Gen2 & 3 and made it wider with double walls. The snug tight lock for the Thule barely threads on due to the double wall. What really chokes me up is I can't use the lock any more to secure the rack to the truck as the threaded pin isn't long enough now to attach it.
    :annoyed:

    Too poor for mods
Mounted mine and hit the trail as well. I have the T2+ that had the stupid auto latching "stinger" instead of a hitch pin so I ended up drilling it out for a standard pin. IMG_20240920_091000711_HDR.jpg

Installed Lasfit floor mats today. Great fit and love the material of the mats.

They look even better than I expected.
The material that they are made of is very nice. I was worried that they may be too plastic-ey, but they were not. They are a nice plastic/rubber type material. The coverage area of the mats is very good. They cover a lot of area that you would not expect. Pretty much any where that you or your passengers can put their feet is covered. As you are all aware the back seat passengers have to put their feet under the front seats and the Lasfit backseat floor mat covers that area nicely. Oh, if you haven’t looked under the front seats from the back, good news there are vents under there for your back seat passengers. Back to the mats review. Lasfit did an excellent job fitting these mats. I am very happy with them. With all the discounts that were going on when I placed my order I saved quite a bit of money. It’s the last day of summer and fall is here, it won’t be long before winter and the messy weather, so those carpeted floor mats aren’t going it get it. If you’re on the fence about which floor mats to order, order a set of Lasfit mats you won’t be disappointed.

Without reading all the way back has anyone put the Husky x act contour floor mats in? Seems like they are the only manual floor mats I have cone across. The Canadian Tacomas come with nice mats just not much protection under the pedals. Thanks

Hey Ryan. I've been trying to get the X-act Contours for my auto. It seems they aren't available in Canada yet.

Have you seen the OEM Canadian Toyota mats? I saw them posted elsewhere and they were different than the US version.

Technically yesterday, but got a nice shed made by our area votec college students to an off-road location in a MTB trail system so tool storage will be much nicer and more convenient. All the modernity was a little annoying such as tight quarters and space for getting into 4L and the locker.

We got the delivery trailer through some rough and on Nordic ski trails, then I dragged it followed by jacking it up on some cut up logs to winch it into position.

I don't want to be misunderstood as being abusive, but my pickup has a whole lot of use and dirt for 3 months old. When we were done and back in trailhead parking lot I smiled for being next to a gen 3 and GM pickup all set up like overlanders but clearly no signs of use like this has had in 3 months. Same for when I stopped at a home store for some hardware I needed.

Originally was going to blackout the logo but then I saw I had some bronze paint and decided to hit it. I’m 50/50 on it.
