Can anyone recommend a vent visor? Does it even matter?

AVS in channel for me, and I like them. I would not have the kind that stick to the paint.

They'll last as long as the truck.

I have never been a fan of the look of these but do like the function therefore I am on the fence about them. So where is the cheapest place to buy any of the brands mentioned? I'm leaning toward the Weathertechs as the prices dont seem to be that drastic of a difference.

After doing extensive research I decided and ordered the EGR in channel yesterday off from Amazon for $46 and free shipping. They say they are for and 05 and do not fit mine, but the EGR site and many others show them under the same part # fitting up to a 2010 so I figured they are the same. I hope there is nothing different on the 2011. Here is the link.

Love my Weathertechs. Although any in channel should be good, just don't get the stupid stick on ones. I've had those on previous vehicles and they end up coming off.

i bought some in channels for my last tacoma and hated them. i found that when dirt and dust got on your window, and you would roll it up, it would eventually start scratching your window where your window meets the visor. when i bought my tundra, i bought the stick on kind, and liked them much better. i currently dont have any visors with this tacoma, but im planning on the stick on kind. just my 2 cents...

Hey there neighbor! I use the Auto Ventshade Co. in channel visors. The other ones will peel off with the heat and humidity that we have down here. Good luck! Check out Pensacola Thread they have meets everyonce in a while.
