I recently replaced my stock bumper on my 2011 Tacoma with a metal after market bumper. I had to cut the driver and passenger side fender liner because they don't have a use for the after market off road bumper. The question is, are there any replacement fender liner for this off road application or some modification I can do besides cutting my liner? Any help would be appreciated. Pictures would help also. Thanks.

I looked into it, and have settled on picking up some ABS sheets and going full custom. Hit up YouTube for "custom wheel well liners", it isn't complicated or expensive, just takes time, a heat gun, and a decent cutting tool.

If you want something you can form with a little heat as well, check out Kydex.
I haven't used it for anything like this but have made a few holsters and it's easy to work with. It forms well and is pretty rigid when it cools back down.

ABS is heat fordable pretty easily, but not easy easily molded as Kydex on a very tight radius or complex geometry.

Having looked into Kydex first, it costs absurdly more (10x or more, hundreds instead of tens of dollars) than ABS sheets of the width needed. Kydex is super awesome but a lot of what makes Kydex better than ABS (fine detail, working time, mechanical properties) doesn't matter as much for something like a panel or a wheel well liner.

If Kydex isn't expensive enough, C4 makes a fender liner kit as well: https://c4fabrication.com/collectio.../copy-of-high-clearance-fender-liners-2nd-gen

Simple suggestion that I haven't seen yet: Cut your OEM liners to fit that schweet sexy new bumper, then hit the junk yard or car-part.com and buy some OEM liners off a wreck so you have stock backups if it helps you sleep at night. Probably more cost effective than ABS, kydex, or custom offroad fab Gucci parts.
