What is this leaking and what is this tube?

    If it helps i went cross country got into alot colder climates my windshield fluid also isn't working anymore but that's a different issue I assume feels like water and it's clear

    Ac water, 100% normal to drip with ac on or defroster.

    As others have said, it is the AC drain but for some reason Toyota decided to have the drain drain right down onto the frame, and water can sometimes pool there. Many people have reported rust developing on the frame, so it is not a bad idea to get a small length of tubing and extend that drain and tie it somewhere it will be draining onto the ground and not on your frame or other parts.

    Super easy fix, just a little annoying that it it wasn't addressed by the engineers originally.

    You want to buy a hose, and attach it there. Extend it down , that frame area will rust soon or later because of that. Here is a video how to do it :

    its coming out of the dash so....
    air conditioner is in the dash so.....
    air conditioners make condensation when they are in use so.....
