I have a stock 2017 Tacoma with 104,000 miles. Bought it new and have been dealing with the pedal lag and shifting issues not knowing that it could be turned until looking and reading some of the posts here. I contacted Low Country tune in Charleston SC. Is it normal to agree to the release form and is there anything I should be aware of? Is it okay to tune a vehicle with that many miles? It is a tune from OTT. Just don't want to tear my truck up. I commute 14 miles to work and back and tow a 21ft boat with the truck. I have an appointment on Monday, just wanted to get some input first.

Yes, the waiver form is normal.

That said, OTT is one of the best companies out their developing tunes.
I'd not worry about their tunes. They are solid and well tested before being offered to the public.

    OTT is good to go.
You will love the way the truck drives after the tune.

Thank you. I wish I had discovered this before now. Any suggestions on a tune?

Get it. Best thing I’ve done to the truck. Honestly, the tune is what kept me from getting rid of the truck a few weeks after buying it.
