I recently lost my function of the horn and it doesn't work with the key fob either.
Fuse seems fine? Any idea what the next steps could be?

    Spiral cable assembly/Clockspring?

I have a 2013 and the horn works intermittently at best
After checking the fuse etc and poking around TW - I am pretty sure it is the clockspring
I just hate doing any repair that involves touching an air bag so I've been putting off replacing it

Disconnect horn connection and test for voltage while someone presses the button

Not impossible for a bad horn or even relay. Easy and free to test.

Do you have cruise control? Does it work?

My '13 has 2 horns, each horn only has 1 small wire going to it. The horn grounds through the assembly so it only needs the 1 wire. Check the wires and voltage to the horn at the connector. Welcome to TW.
