I have a 2014 Tacoma, when I go through car washes the water comes pouring out the blower motor. I replaced the blower motor and the blower motor resistor. Still is doing it and ruined the parts again. Don't ever see any water come in during rainstorms or anything. What could this be? Any help is appreciated.

It most likely coming in through the air intake for the blower motor.
It literally a huge open hole just under the cowling under the windshield.

How would you go about making it so the water doesn't come in?

Yup. It is the drain channels on the sides of the cowl.
One of my trucks was full of leaves, dirt and debris up there. The cowl is easy to take off (remove wiper arms and a couple of clips). You may also need a coat hanger or similar to poke the crap out of the drain channels in the fenders. While you are in there it is a good idea to cover the air inlet with some hardware cloth or similar to keep critters out. Still amazed that toyota left that wide open like they did.

It is crazy that these tacomas have this issue. I put together a video on how to fix this issue with an old license plate and replacing the blower motor, resistor, and their harnesses. Hope it helps some of you with this problem!
