That appears to be quite a big lift... Maybe it's an illusion or smaller tires

It's a bit of an illusion. The stock 265 tires are on it which makes it look taller, and the rear lift is ICON RXT Option 2 without the weight I will be carrying normally. Also, Accutune U-bolt flip and bumpstops, extended brake lines, and 2.5° axle shims.
The front is Bilstein 5100 set on the 5th notch, Freedom Off Road UCA's, ECGS needle bearing replacement.
There is considerable rake while unloaded. Once I get the tires mounted and alignment done, I'll re-pack all my gear and see where it sits. I'm mounting Yoko G003 255/85R16 this week. I'll post more pics when it's finished up. 20250405_190148.jpg

Thanks for the info. I’ve always had the rear a little bit higher than the front due to my two heavy dog kennels always being there. So far I’m with happy with it. Getting an alignment this morning.

Oil changed at 17250 with Pennzoil UP and Toyota filter. My first diy on this truck since using up the Toyota oil changes. Luckily I didn’t have much struggle with the filter housing and easily removed it with the Motive tool. Installed a Staulbus drain plug to make future changes a little easier with the RCI skid plates.

Also changed the liquid gold transfer fluid with Redline MT-LV (hurt my feelings a little draining that expensive stuff out) and rear differential with Redline 75/85. Some shavings in the rear diff so I’m glad I didn’t wait any longer on that.

Next up later this week is the front diff fluid and ECGS bushing and 3-4 drain and fills on the transmission with Redline DT6. Then reinstall all of the skid plates for the next trip.

I did the accumulator delete mod. It was very easy and makes the clutch even better. I'm glad I found how to do it on this forum. Thanks guys.

Time for a trip to Ace Hardware. 12 bolts and washers. Don’t know the bolt size off-hand, but could check it tomorrow.

    Should be 8mm x either 25mm or 30mm long...

Typically, universal ATF is not good for transmissions today and will likely void any warranty you have left on the transmission... I wouldn't use anything but Toyota WS...

    But you do you...

    Brand new.
I installed mine and it only lasted 4 months come to find out it wasn't made correctly and water got into it and they wouldn't do anything to replace it as i purchased it through Amazon, amazon said, sorry due to no extended warranty we can't help you.

DT6 is spec’d as a replacement for Toyota. I appreciate your concern but it’s not something I’m worried about in regards to warranty. They’ll probably find 10 other reasons to wiggle out of a warranty claim if I ever have one.

    No Joke....
I like to check and top off fluids before a trip. Especially off-roading.

That trans process is like trying to figure out the temperature settings on a hotel shower. All other fluids, belts, hoses, and critical consumables are observable by the consumer. But not the transmission. You have to schedule half a Saturday to check that one. Not to mention, it takes skills and tools that the average customer doesn't have. I've asked to have it checked during oil changes and they want to charge me for a complete flush and fill. So no - your average Single Mom with Two Kids isn't going to do this.

And if that transmission fails because it didn't have enough consumable liquid in it? Guess what. That ain't Toyota's Problem that's YO problem.

My 70+ Father and Mother in law have the same / similar design on a Ford Explorer. Truck was 18mo old and the transmission gave out on a trip to California. Left two elderly people stranded in the Mojave Desert on the edge of cell service. Reason? Insufficient Transmission Fluid. Fortunately Ford paid for the repair. But that doesn't change the fact that they were up the proverbial estuary without a means of locomotion one afternoon on a late summer day. What could have prevented that? A muther flippin dip stick.

It is also spec'd for a multitude of other transmissions, and those other additives may not be compatible with the clutch fibers and solenoids and what nots, ATF is very critical in these transmissions and just because it has all the WS recommended additives in it, doesn't mean that the different other manufactures additives are correct for it... One of the reasons for premature transmission failure is using the wrong (that includes universal ATF) ATF...
Even the car care nut says that using universal ATF has damaged Toyota transmissions...

But then again, what do I know...
