Page 1 there is a belt option for the 2.7 pulley. It fits a non us car. So eBay is usually the best place to find it.

Is this homemade? Looks like it would work. I ordered bearing separator kit which I think will work.

What a journey and a rabbit hole it has been. Have learned and applied alot from this thread and the hptuners thread. Not to mention lt, pirate and dezert. Just a progress update of the current build..

Second picture a few days ago when I finally depinned and installed the last of the FR braided loom... ugh what a pain but overall very happy with how tied in everything is

That looks great man! I have the same red pulley en route now. I tried that URD intake, fitment didnt work for my particular setup. I love how clean it is though! Ripping off the whole front end makes it nice to get in there I bet.

Yep, that quick change coupler is such a pain in the ass to press on the shaft.. expect to cuss alot lol

I had to trim alot more than the template and part of my headlight had to be cut as well but not much. It was much easier tk work with the front end torn apart. This is probably the 6th or 7th front end tear down in the last 6 months haha

Fab shop is chipping away at fitting the exhaust! Really going to be interested in how the S/C'er intake gets plumbed.

Found this example as an potential routing option.(NOT my truck, just what I found online looking for ways to get "a" intake to work).

How much more did you have to cut??

Comparing to the original template below.

At first, I thought that was a SubZero pipe but it looks like its a custom pipe being tacked up? Looks very nice!

Regarding the intake piping. I'm guessing the setup that you have has the TB near the firewall and the opening is facing the front of the car.

To do the cowl induction would require a 180deg bend/turn from TB--Cowl.

IMHO, I prefer the stockish routing that you posted here:

The issue is my coil towers. They are right in the way of trying to keep stockish routing. And the new air-filter will be difficult to fit in that space. So either way, there is going to be some snaking of piping. I had already purchased the cowl kit before I knew the blower I was going to receive had changed. So just trying to see if I can salvage the cowl kit.

I was going to go that route, but there were too many fitment variables, and didn't want to cut up a brand new exhaust. Figured going custom was the best route to ensure proper clearance, and fitment. His exhaust do look awesome though!

That exhaust is a work of art - beautiful! Makes me want to do the same, just because.

Who/where are you having it done?

Appreciate this. I looked at the line coming from the side, which ends up making a 180 curve back to the driver side and it was pulled tight and pinched. Maybe that's causing it, pushed that back to unkink it a little and we will see how much that code pops. I've only been it every 3, maybe 4 days pop up. Does not affect running at all.

Have my pulley and fuel pump showing up today, hopefully once I get those in and ditch that BD tune I'll have a proper trusted system I can diagnose from there. If needed, which I somewhat doubt. Excited for the new pulley and doubling my psi.
