I know they sell a kit for it but can re-find the damn link to them. Does anyone have the link? I don't want any more scratches on my cluster.

If you go the screenprotech route, just buy the 2 pack. Knowing you have a second one if you screw up is a bonus but if all goes well you can always sell the second one in the BST.

Scrubbed some tires, and knocked a dent out.
Will the first one if applied correctly help at all with my dog whom causes all the scratches in the first place?

Toyota calls the instrument cluster cover a “Glass, Combination Meter”.

Their are three part numbers depends on the color of your trim.

Found the three different trim colors thanks to member @MR.WaynesWorld.

    83852-04J70 - Silver like trim
    83852-04F00 - Gunmetal grey trim
    83852-04J90 - Black trim

I don't have direct experience with dog marks, but it should help. If it's really bad, I would probably get a replacement glass linked above and apply the film before installing
