I have a water leak on the passenger side of my truck. The catch is that it only leaks when I go through the car wash and I hand wash my truck. It doesn’t leak when it rains, even when the fastest you can drive is 25. It seems like it’s coming from my blower. The last 2 times I replaced my blower it ruined the resister on both blowers they only works at full blast. I want to be sure it doesn’t leak again before I buy another one.

Does anyone have any suggestions where it could be coming from?

    Thanks!

Check the lower cowl seal that runs along the bottom of the windshield. It is probably being forced in and getting into the fresh air intake on the passenger side of the airbox behind the glove compartment.

Is the cabin air filter getting wet? That would be a key indicator.
