    I had a '99 Xtra Cab PreRunner SR5 V6
    I never touch the bulbs with my bare fingers, I always wear latex gloves to put new bulbs in and I'm always careful to not let the bulbs touch anything while I put them in and the SS bulbs still only lasted a little over a year. Do yourselves a favor and get the Osram SS or the Philips ones, you won't regret it.
