Very funny dialog in this thread. OP why not take it back to the dealer if they squeak? Chances are they did not properly install the silencer pads in your springs.

BTW, here was the real pause of the squeak. Got down to look and see what was involved in prying the leafs apart and saw this bolt wedged against the frame. I'm guessing the mechanic pre-assembled the leaf packs and did both the same. This bolt was wedged so tight against the frame that after I cut it in two with a sawzall it collapsed on itself and was still lodged. Knocked it out with a punch and no more squeak. Pretty shitty work to let it leave like that knowing the bolt should have been reversed.

 

Glad you found the source. That would drive me up a wall too. I will have to remember this if I get the TSB done and have the same issue.
