I have an 05 dblcab sport short bed. Looking to do the Bilstein 5100 and set them to 2.5 all around. What tires would i run with this set up? 31s or 32s? Also how bad with this hurt my mpg. Im getting 18 right now on the streets (completely stock). Trying to convince my dad that it wont hurt that much :D. Since it is a Christmas present.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks guys

everyone on here is going to tell you to run 285s with that lift aka 33s, but i would suggest a 265/75 (32 inch in most cases)and then you wont have to cut plastics or lose alot of mpgs.

Thats actually my set up right now and im looking at just doing 265/75/16 to avoid trouble, just gonna get an MT to make it look aggressive and wheel spacers to give it a stance like member KPT has on here.

good luck and post pics Welcome to TW

If you don't wanna hurt your mpg's too much go with 255/85/R16 about a 33 inch tire

Can someone post a link to the specific bilstein 5100s that everyone is using?

I am going the same route on my rig. Gonna run 255/75/17s. TSB in the rear and billies in the front.

Yes, I'll need to lift the rear as well. What can lift the rear to the same 2.5 inches? Or if I decide to go to 2.75 do I need something else to lift the rear up more? Looking to spend about 500 on bilsteins and rear lift.

And how bad will this kill my mpg? That's the only thing I'm worried about.
