4wheelparts.com & pro comp what are they thinking?!?!?

so they never told you the wheels where on back order and or out of stock at the time of purchase? plus they charged your card then failed to even call or email you letting you know that in fact the wheels where out of stock and would not be ready to ship for 40 day's

lol i can't say i don't believe you lol. they have the worst employees i have ever seen. from their so called tech dept. you know the guy's who are supposed to be able to answer tech questions the sales dept. and god forbid you actually have a problem with something then your really screwed it took me over three weeks of calling the owner the entire team of sales managers and other regional parts and service heads to even start to get a response then another couple of weeks emailing and calling like crazy to finally handle the situation


sorry this happened if they continue to abuse tw members our community will slowly but, surely turn their back to them. i wish there was a faster way to ejaculate them from our site. while there not a vendor they are hot linked on tw for some reason or another.
