Sunday Exploring..

Ventura county = sketchy. They regulate a lot of areas up there. I've been stopped and hassled, and one of my buddies actually had a police chopper follow him around and had a cruiser waiting for him when he exited..be careful where you go in VC - most of it is off-limits.

We will post of future runs, keep an eye out.

Renee didn't get stuck, but when i stopped to take a pic of my truck with the snow in pic # 9, i had to pop into 4x4 to get moving again.. rear tires were spinning on the ice

 

she handled very nicely

yea i first sand them down, used primer then duplicolor wheel paint.

heres a map of the trail, our route is the YELLOW LINE starting from the bottom of the map, but once we got to san francisquito rd to continue on the 6n04 across to bouquet cyn the gate was locked (RED X), so we backtracked and hit two different roads (BLUE LINE)

 

Killer scenery & trails! Cool ass action!

 

Didn't even think about the VC police.. Ya, know what they say about Ventura! "Go on vacation, leave on probation!" Will look at Pismo, too.
