    Stfu!

Yea...it was my roommates. I was in the middle of replacing the power steering pump on the yota and needed a 15/16 in. wrench.

I don't even remember the last time I drove a car. That thing is so humiliating to be seen in. Went to Cabela's yesterday. He wanted to drive that thing down there. I was like no way in hell am I going to Cabela's in that thing when I have my truck to show up in. Good grief.

You can use it, or get a car side harness so you don't have to wire anything.

Went to Tahuya yesterday with the FJ forum folks. Sort of simple place, I think TSF provides more challenges, but the nice part of Tahuya is that you never have to find the trail... and the trail never really "ends" as long as you keep looping back into the park.
The place has stupid amounts of standing water everywhere, but only one real deep spot (fortunately avoidable for us who like dry floors ;))

I put myself to shame lil' bit and had to use my winch . Got a root stuck between the rear of my slider and the tire. Couldn't go back, didn't have the ability to climb the root. Oh well, it was fun getting a chance to winch!

you guys might need to check it out sometime

That's the plan! I like teaching and helping people plus I get summers and major holidays off. I'm going to teach for a few years before I try to get into a principal role.
What did you do in tech school?
I ended up doing mechanic work but I broke my back when I got hit by a drunk driver and can't do the work full time anymore.

I was talking to a buddy who rides motorcycles and he was talking about a trip he has done from Portland to Medford without taking any freeways. He said you can take back country roads all the way down.

Has anyone ever done this in a truck?

Crutchfield has never steered me wrong. You will need:

    http://www.crutchfield.com/p_127TATO/PAC-Toyota-Factory-Integration-Adapter.html

    http://www.crutchfield.com/p_142TA2042B/Toyota-4Runner-In-dash-Receiver-Kit.html

If you don't have much wiring experience - I highly suggest you take it to a shop. Normal stereo installations are relatively novice projects. But once you get involved with a factory amp system like this it gets detailed real quick.

So you all saw the deal about Chris4x4 brother losing everything in a fire. We should get some $$ together and load him up a Wally World card from the NW crew.

    Thoughts?

Never had good experiences at the Stereo Store. Audiofiles should pull through for you.
