Damn, just got an AFE yesterday for the 1GR-FE.
Scott, does AFE have a cone filter that will replace the 77 series K&N oiled? (5VZ-FE)

It should at least be moved out of GB and into buy/sell automotive.

Yes, I do work for Trailblazers, that is our retail store. And?? You're making out like it's something I was trying to hide.

I don't know why called the BBB, so I can't answer to each specific one. Would you like me to throw you some canned BS answer though? Check the BBB for other websites and you'll see the same. Often they are inaccurate and one-sided anyhow. Ask Kauaibilt how fast I took care of his top that was shipped wrong by the manufacturer. I have one outstanding issue on a PopNLock for Zham61, manufacturers backorder, it happens. Set him up with Weathertechs well below the site deal here to cover it.

Where's the website I can use to complain about a customer that doesn't know his own zip-code? Can't tell me the length of their bed? I have 12 years of this fun stuff, I can go on.

AFE intake, we discussed this both in the thread and PMs. You already have the product yourself and know the answer. As I stated, I looked on the parts list, it ain't there.
    ... your words :
I'm not aware of any questions on the AFE that were left unanswered from the OP because he placed an order with me.

ClubFrontier .. Literally two orders in damn near a month .. two. That is even after posting that thread. Besides, the number is there for them to call regardless. Yesterday I spent a good portion of the day taking orders for the members here. I even answer PMs and questions off the clock at home.

Finally ... pricing. They are $40-$60 air filters. Are you expecting them to be free?? Obviously you quoted Amazon's price there, why not question them as to why their price is not lower? Neither of us is in the business to give anything away.

How about the Weathertech deal .. $150 from me, yet $188 direct from Weathertech. Bakflip Fibermax ... $650 from me, and some poor sap posted how happy he was to pay $738 last night from Bak. Sofftopper, check that thread, lower than Softopper direct.

Hopefully I have covered everything. Anyone else care to ask me anything?

I'm not concerned with the BBB garbage. I am concerned about how I take care of the customers I talk to. Those are the sales that I have first-hand knowledge about.

My apologies for not inquiring about the color of something no one sees unless the hood is open.

Again, on the AFE, we are talking about filters that are $40-60 bucks. If you would like to see it another way ... read on

Keep in mind that shipping may be free for you, but I still pay for it. These filters are all approx. $8-10 shipping. I also pay the 2-3% credit card processing fees, per order.

    1st Gen
    #31-10013 3.4L V6 $57 I pay $41
    #31-10026 2.4/2.7 I4 $48 I pay $34

    2nd Gen
    #31-10114 4.0L V6 $66 I pay $48
    #31-10123 2.7L I4 $39 I pay $27

    Cleaner
    #90-59999 $11 I pay $7

As you can see above, I am clearly trying to take you for every penny you have and retire with a massive bank account.
