Nope... you only get the two at the rear of the bed for some reason. If you want more, you have to add them yourself. You can get a pair of the factory ones for $18.88 (plus shipping) here: http://www.trdparts4u.com/PD-PT785-35054.aspx?MakeID=1

I got mine at my Toyota dealership for $25 because I didn't want to wait for them to be shipped.

As for mounting them... you can either drill holes in your bed and use the supplied backplate (if you buy the Toyota ones), or you can mount them under the big bolts that hold your bed to the frame. I originally planned to drill holes, but the more I thought about it, the more I liked the idea of the strength of those bed bolts - so I went that route instead. Those bad boys aren't going ANYWHERE. The only downside to this option is the D-rings won't swivel. This was no concern to me, because I use mine to haul motorcycles and know what angle I need them to be at.

These threads will tell you pretty much everything you need to know (but there are others if you search):

Thanks for the info. I have noticed 3 drill holes at the front of my bed. They are spaced evenly apart. I do not know if they were meant for drainage or what but I am going to use them for the D-Rings. Thanks again

Thanks Man. I still might use the 2 and that leaves me with one. My driveway is on a angle so moist of the ole H2O drains out the back. Any thoughts

I have a set of oem d-rings! I bought them then put a wood storage box in my bed so I don't need 'em! If you want them, I would be happy to get rid of 'em for a small price! Just pm me and let me know.... if you want a pic you will have to wait 'till after the weekend so I can get my digital camera back from my friend...:D

Did the bed bolts fit into the hole on the D-rings??? Ir did you have to drill the hole to make it bigger?

The bed bolts will fit just fine the small thing is though if you plan to use the bed bolt you will need to take the d-ring off the bolt it came with by smoothing the top threads or cutting the washer off i cut the washer off.

Got my D-rings from the armysurpluswarehouse in just a few days and installed them this weekend. Took out the bed bolts with T-55 Torx that I got at Advanced Auto, grinded the bolt ridges so I could remove the washer, drilled the holes bigger in the d-rings with 1/2" bit. It only took about 45 minutes to get all four bed bolts out and re-installed with the new D-rings. My total cost for this mod was about $15 for the d-rings and T-55 socket.
