I'm looking for a clean sounding system, that will provide enough bass but not so much as a brain melting sub. I felt a component system should work well for what I want. Im somewhat on a budget.. would like to stay under $600. Im looking at purchasing all this stuff and would like to hear opinions.

loooooong list of mods coming as soon as I finish the audio/video system
I had those in a 6 3/4 and the mids even though they were ripped had deeper bass then my new type S alpines. The tweeters were a bit bright and they would clip out after about 15 mins of VEEEERY loud levels with about 60 watts of amplified power to them. So great is some ways and crap in others good luck.
