Dealership I bought mine from said they just sold an '02 with 300,000 for $11k.

    I'll take that depreciation rate.

I guess you would say I just hijacked this thread.
I hit 300,000 miles on my drive into the office this morning. I already got some flack for not doing 100mph when I took this picture. :)

It's 100% stock. I just change the oil and filters every 25,000 miles need it or not. :) I use AMSOIL along with their by-pass filters.

Not a second gen, but my 95 pickup has 370K miles. Original engine, original clutch. 80-90% freeway miles, but still good for a clutch IMO. Dad bought it new in 95 and put on 200K driving from SoCal to Tucson. I bought it from him for $4K and put on another 170K. I bet I could still get $2K+ for it. Been hard to justify spending $30K+ for a new one, when this one has cost me about $2-3K to drive over the last 8 years!

Update-at 263,000 miles now, needs a cv axle and a radiator-both casualties of driving over limbs and debris on logging jobs.

Still runs great, been hauling some firewood home from work with it.

Damn, I knew Toyota ran forever but some of these posts are just amazing.

I just jumped on a 2010 Tacoma with 6500 miles, turned back in lease from the same dealer I bought it from. Hope I'm able to approach where you guys are at with the mileage.
