I hate how Toyota gave us this lame ass big open tub of a center console. They made dividers, and cool stash areas on other vehicles, but the Tacoma console is just an open box with an optional net... big whoop.
I hate clutter and disorganization in my truck, and I looked all over the place for a remedy.
I found a cool, cheap organizer at Grainger and on Amazon. It's called a Bar Caddy. It's the black thing that you see on a bar that holds drink napkins, straws, and other bar crap. It goes for between $5 and $6 at both sites.
The caddy fits in the console perfectly. I am really happy with it.

Dad's truck, minor mods.. Saving for my own :)
I tried to do it like the first one with a metal SPST switch but it didn't fit. I want my switches to be like a trophy truck's or airplane mod. Do you know how this was done? Its like two layers with support struts back there.

Ill probably end up doing it like the second one.

All these center console organizers made me clean mine up, haha.

Got it detailed inside and out. The guys did a great job waxing the truck, but their clean up was shitty as hell. I spent an hour there helping them remove most of the left over wax and then about another hour of the same thing once I got home. The best part is that they were able the remove most of my off-roading pinstripes. The other good thing is that I still haven't paid. I have to talk to the owner tomorrow.

Finished up my wiring my back up lights in and putting in the switches. I ordered the switches from this site: http://www.otrattw.com/products.php?cat=17 They do require some work in order to make fit. A little dremel work is needed to cut out some of the plastic so that they can fit. They are a little larger than stock but work perfectly.

LED conversion on every accessible bulb, TRD exhaust (dealership threw in for free along with the Blu-Logic).
Switches are from Oznium, they are more Scion oriented as I used to have a tC. I actually helped them a little bit on R&D with the wiring. Best part is they ship them pre-wired.

Went back to the detail shop today and talked to the owner. Once he saw it, he was shocked at how bad it looked. He sent it to another detailer and had it re-done and I didn't have to pay for anything at all!!!

I finally got around to adding some stickers to my truck after it was detailed. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics. I really like the new stick figure sticker as well. But it didn't give me the additional boost in horsepower and torque like the TW sticker did.
