Okay, my bilsteins will be here this Friday and will be getting them set at 1.75 inches with the rear tsb done in the rear. Reading the front diff vibration thread has me scared!!!!

If you have a 4x4 and have lifted your truck do you or don't you have vibrations/ issues?

    Thrummmmmm!

But seriously - at 1.75 and TSB pack in the rear - I wouldn't expect any major issues. You might detect a tiny additional bit of driveline vibe if you're really looking for it.

Lifted my son's '07 DCSB Sport w/ 5100's at 1.75" and rear air bags, my '12 DCSB OR w/ 5100's at 0" and Eibach coils (total lift supposed to be 1.6", measuring about 1.9" right now) and rear air bags.

    No vibes with either.

I have an 09 DCSB TrD Sport, just hit 40k miles last week. Replaced my shocks with 5100's a little over a month ago. 1.75 up front with stock coils. TSB in rear with standard length 5100. Yielded about 1.5" up front and the back has been settled already so I'm just about level. Less than 1/4" rake. I also installed 265/70/17 Bfg TA KO on stock sport rims with no spacers. Still no vibes. Rides way better than stock. Smoother and takes dips and bumps like a charm. You won't regret it!

    Taken a few weeks ago:

This is with some flex up front so it looks lower than it really is up front

This is with a lot of rear flex

I know you didn't ask for pictures but though id throw em in just incase :D but again to answer your question, no vibes at all. Rides great and I love it

Good thread, ProForce thanks for the pics. A thread is useless without pics.
I have my 5100's ready to install, already had the rear TSB done, can't wait to get things rollin.

I did my 5100's a few weeks ago set to 2.25" and the rear TSB on my 10'DCSB and have had no issues! It was funny because after I did my TSB springs the service writer @ the dealership told me "now you gotta do the toytech spacers...." LOL No spacers for me budd!

I installed a full OME kit with 885's on my access cab and have the vibes. Gonna eventually get the ECGS bushing.

yes i have vibrations, but did so BEFORE the lift as well. the ifs has just a seemingly rough geometry, and the rear carrier bearing doesnt help either.

Bilstein 5100s @ 2.5 up front. 2" AAL in the rear. 285/75/16 Duratracs. I can feel a little bit if vibes when I'm purposely feeling for it. Every now and then I'll turn off my radio and listen but don't hear anything crazy. It worries me becuase I don't want to ruin the truck but the vibrations are minor I believe, I just don't know what they are coming from exactly.

When you are feeling them on a good road, engage the 4x4. If it goes away, it's your diff. If not, maybe your driveline.

Full OME 3" (see details to the left), got the front diff vibes/noise that went away with 4x4, along with takeoff and low speed shudder driveline vibrations. Replaced needle bearing with ECGS bushing, and installed carrier bearing drop kit and axle shims. Now I'm vibration free, and lovin it

Your's looks great! I want to do the same thing but don't have the TSB. I plan to get a 1.5" AAL. Will that give me a big rake? Will I regret 5100s up front only and stock shocks in the rear?

I have a full OME 3" lift with dakars in the rear. I installed the CB drop only with mine and have no vibes at all. Running 285/75/16's on stock off road wheels.

Rugged ridge isolator kit.
I stayed away from messing with the rear. I did (well toyota paid for it...long story) the pro comp 3" lift up front. In the rear I just did the TSB pack. It is almost level with a very very slight reverse rake. Prefer that than to have possible vibrations.
