    Looking at a refurb'd Viper 5701 for 100$ can't beat it...

My big question is what all do I need?

I remember reading something about a p kall? Maybe?

Any help would be great, want to make sure I have everything in line as I want to knock this out in one day.

Only if you were earlier, maybe I can send it back.

I ended up getting the 5901 off Amazon along with the audio sensor the shock sensor and this (after googling I determined it was the one I needed)

    http://www.amazon.com/Xpresskit-Transponder-Interface-Learning-Bypass/dp/B004DZJLMQ/ref=pd_sim_e_15

If not I can return it which means more money in the pocket!

I was going to get the window module but it only controlled 2 windows and I was like nah.

Well going to install it myself, lets see how this goes haha!

Any tips? Found this and it looks like a GREAT help

you can tell if you have a chip in your key. if it has a small circle at the base right before the plastic it has a chip.
as for the install i did mine myself . it was my first and last alarm install. my advice is to take it to someone who does it for a living.it will be the best money you ever spend

    Don't see one,

Really debating on doing it myself.

I bought it off Amazon so I could save money, whats the worst that could happen?

*imagines truck burning to the ground* well there's that...
