Hi all, I have been reading through several threads but haven't found one that answered my question.

    Have a 2 problems:

    1. driver's door will unlock but won't lock (doesn't make any sound)
    2. rear left door will lock but won't unlock (doesn't make any sound)

So I pulled the panel out and checked if there is voltage going to the actuator and there is in both cases (both doors and both when pressing lock/unlock)

So my question is, is it more likely that the problem would be the relay or the actuator that is faulty? If it's the relay, which type is it (the 4 leg or 5 leg one)? I'll need to order parts and don't quite feel like having to pull the entire door and window appart twice to get it right.

    Anyone has advice?

Some use a relay to switch the 12 volts and some use a relay to switch the ground. When you are not pressing the lock or unlock button is there 12 volts at the actuator? If the answer is yes then they are probably switching the ground through the relay. You will need to see is ground is preset at the actuator when you press the lock or unlock button.
