I believe via walking dead rules that the virus only affects humans, resident evil has zombie dogs so I can't see why said maggots couldn't get the t4 virus

Walking dead rules, humans are already infected with it, but animals aren't.

Resident Evil rules, the virus gets out and all living things get infected.

And if anyone tries to Otis me...you can kiss your ass goodbye.

Interesting debate. My thinking is that the core body heat would not be nearly as warm as a living person, so it would be easy to identify a dead person from a living. Especially if the living person is hyped up on adrenalin and their body heat rises. The friction zones of a zombie (feet, armpits, inside the thighs) *should* be the only parts of a zombie that would appear warmer than the surrounding parts.

I would think that when a person becomes a zombie, they become cold blooded. Movement to keep the dead blood from coagulating. But still very very minimal body heat, if at all.
