Sounds familiar. Was told my bumper was built before I even ordered it and all they had to do was weld on the hoop and ship it out. Was quoted 2 days, took two weeks.

Anyone that's done the Diff Breather mod - where did you order your parts?

I found the part #'s in the 2nd Gen Mods & More thread. It looks like a simple install, just need to go to Autozone for tape, fuel line, and hose clamps.

Any idea how deep I can take my Taco once mod is done? wish I had it done before Sandy.

got mine from rk toyota for like ten bucks or so. I didnt use tape though idk if you need it or not

Or the intake..... Or an electrical junction...... I'd say about 27 inches. That's what a stock FJ is rated for at least

 

true. thats pretty deep too, if youre that deep you may want to look into your door seals.

 

^ Can you rout it through the firewall into the cabin? Im deff going to extend my front breathers but not sure where yet either.
