I have a twin mattress that I throw in the back to sleep on when i'm on a bike trip or camping so I had to have a rack for the bikes and gear. Got the MegaWarrior mounted on 54" tracks so it's easy to remove when i don't need it.




Painted the stock wheels black!



Blacked out my bumper inserts and grill. Also got some clear headlights and corner markers! Mirrors/door handles/rear bumper are next!!!

 

Had the new K&N at the house waiting for me when I got home from Afghanistan. First performance mod. Easy to install and a small increase in HP & MPG!

I hit a deer 2 weeks ago so my rig is in the shop but I should have it back next week. I just ordered clear headlights and corner markers and will be doing the blinker mod, thanks to Blackdawgs info! Also I am adding a Magnaflow muffler and painting my wheels black. Should be done with all that in the next 2 weeks!

 

Clear headlights and corner markers came in today!!!! Should have my truck back in 2-3 days and i'll be doing the blinker mod when I install the new lights!

I want about 3" of lift. Any suggestions on what I should get? I don't have a ton of money but I dont want it to ride like shit.

Didn't get one yet. I was looking at the 14" because Montes sounds so good but I heard a few lately that sounded raspy so I am unsure now, maybe 18"???

 

Thanks, that helped a lot! I have watched your videos before but you are right, the laptop speakers didn't do it justice. Much better with good headphones! Sounds great, I think you just sold me on the 18". Also, do you have a tip on your exhaust? Do you think they make much difference?

For a lift. I would suggest Eibachs and 5100's all the way around. Throw in a nice leaf pack like Dakars or wheelers 5 pack and you should be good. I just installed my 5 pack and eibachs and love the ride, I think it rides great but I live on extremly rough roads. The new suspension soaks it up.

And on the muffler topic. I want an 18" but there are so many varations. Does anybody have the actual part number of the muffler they have on their truck?

Picking up my 18" Magnaflow tomorrow!!!

 

The wheelers 5 pack and 5100's lifted my rear about 1.5 inches like the website said. The Eibach's and 5100's lifted my front a full three inches thus making my truck sit level. So baisically the front is lifted 3 inches and the rear is 1.5 inches.

 

Ive ran them for 2 weeks now. Put about a thousand miles on with some wheeling and some extremely rough dirt roads. I feel like they are settled now. Never took measurements before. My after measurements for the front are similar to others found in the Eibach/5100 thread.
