I'm glad I'm not the only one. Something about our trucks in Yellow makes me wanna paint mine just for giggles. Like a tribute to the 80's or something

Lol I think it could be cool! Something different for sure. There was a guy on here a while back who really meticulously went through his truck and had it all done up nice and went to paint it a custom color....somehow he ended up with plum purple :puke:

haha well between purple and yellow I'd have to choose yellow. Come to think of it, yellow paint with black wheels and other accents would look pretty sweet.

Like a boss! I do have to say my 98 discovery was deff one of my favorites :) so now all we have to do is paint some trucks yellow and we can start our own camel race AK edition haha

I've always liked the "Tonka" scheme some people do on the new fj's with yellow paint and black everything else. I'm kinda iffy about a yellow taco though

sadly they have the white roofs. at least the one around here does. and you going to trade or look at trading for an FJ? i like FJ’s A LOT. but best buddy has a ’11 trail team in army green. he just put a 3” lift and 295/75R16 BFG A/T on not long ago. he does not off road much. mostly just service roads. or logging type roads. so all he needed was A/T’s i have pic of it all thru out my gallery.

if i wrecked my taco. i would really look at getting a fj. than agin i may just get the same truck i have DCSB TRD off road but in a different color and newer.

    REPOSTED HERE FOR BEN :p

    So ill start lol:

I need to pull my rear diff actuator off again and re-align it along with clean it and grease it and go back to 75w-90 gear oil since its cold and i forgot i had 85w-140 in there from the summer haha. Any one thats never seen the actuator out or how it works wanna have a study session while im in there?! Im doing this and either:

    A) accomplishing a refreshen on my actuator so it works like its suppose to and stops turning on my lights on lol or

    B) figuring out its screwed so i can buy a new one so it works like its suppose to and stops turning on my lights on!

Anyone game? Doesnt matter to me when we do it shouldnt take more than a couple hours including a beer or two :p

Haha I'm curious but it'd do me no good as I don't have one in my truck.

hell ya. mom has a ’05 XB. we kinda got it for me when i was 15 and about to start driving. because i was like 4’11” maybe 5’ and the doctors said i was not going to get much taller if any. well i showed them whats up. i’m pushing 5’8” now. i’m taller than both my older brothers. i was looking at a few 1st gen tacoma’s before we got the XB, but i could not see out of them very well. i have long legs for how tall i am.jeans i wear a 32 length and i could wear a 33.

when my dad who is 5’11” drives my truck he only moves the seat back one notch if any.

i now some guys my hight that wear a 30 length.
