    I agree about the hitch. If I put my bike rack on there, I'm kinda screwed. Saving on shipping is the only reason I'm really considering it. I will literally be driving through this guys neighborhood while I'm up there.

    I have the AP rear ... Absolutely love it

    The hitch being in the bumper, is nice for clearance offroad
    The hitch is bad because it encroached on spare tire, so not even the stock spare would fit under bed
    And the hitch is a bitch to get your hands in there to install/remove hitch pin

    I only paid $300 for mine used... So I can't complain

    I put my tag on with wing nuts, so when I install my cargo basket I can bolt the tag to it.. Keeping it legal .. Even added a pigtail for tag lights on the cargo rack

    That sucks about the spare. I'm pretty sure that's a deal killer for Ryan, he was wanting to get a full sized spare under there.

    Ryan, maybe look around, I think some people have altered them or the spare retainer tabs to fit spares with the AP. don't quote me on it though. talk to the other Ryan. he's the one with the f-150 now, but he used to have the AP rear.

    As for the license plate deal, I have my hitch covered by the plate. I just use one of these, works great.
