I need to find out one of my dad's friends still has his hydraulic pipe bender that he isn't using. May be a good thing to "Borrow" on a semi-permanent basis.

Good point. Only reason I wanted more details was because if it was over the side or a full sized truck an 8000lb. winch may not do the trick. It would suck to go all the way up there to recover it only to be under equipped.
Check the City of Littleton site for jobs and also South Suburban parks and recreation sites. They contract all of the parks and open space work for Littleton, Centennial, and I believe possibly Highlands Ranch. I am willing to be they are preparing for Spring already.
    What's up tacoless. :D
Notch cutter would be good too. Is he selling it? In regards to the tube bender I currently do not need one so I will leave it up to you "experts" :) to figure out which one to buy. If you need someone to pitch in to cover the final cost I could probably do that. Storing it could be with whomever needs it first. :D

Kinda a good thing, kinda a ploy by the theater. If i was there or had someone there that was hurt or killed, I sure as hell wouldn't go back in the dark theater.

Looks good man. I need to get up after Sunday I'm off for 8 days. I don't know how many days my wife works though. I need to get some turns in so I can get better at tele skiing.

Hey guys, Looking for a winch. I want a good one, but I don't have tons of money to spend, and I'm not sure what capacity of winch my bumper can handle (its custom made). I think anything less than 8k pounds isn't really useful for a truck, especially a limo like mine.
Been trying to watch CL and saw this one today, but I don't know what kind of winch this is, or if the price is good

You can get a new xrc8 for less than that. Several of us have them and they work great.

He finally posted a pic of the label and it is a REW8000. I did a little research and I think this is a former Harbor freight item! for $550 used! And he listed it as a Warn! Wow, I wish I would have taken advantage of the 4x4parts.com sale on the xrc8 when I had the chance. :(
I will find another good deal soon enough. If you all could keep an eye out for me, that would be great. the lighter the better since I will be keeping it on a hitch mount winch plate and will keep it in the bed until I need it to avoid weather wear and unnecessary weight.

Xrc8 is plenty of winch for our trucks and most any winching jobs you'll be doing. Luckily I found mine for a steal on CL. You should be able to find one for ~200 used.

I was thinking about the xrc8 comp cuz I thought the synthetic line would make it lighter, but not so sure what the deal is cuz 4wheel parts has the comp listed at 94lbs where the regular is 80 lbs. maybe they mixed them up.
Deal! you got all kinds of goodies! You going to Moab for the meet?
Too much for my bumper I think. Probably really heavy too. That is sweet though.

They have the 12000 pound winch on sale for $399 at Harbor freight right now!

I think the 9000 was $350. But I would probably go with this SuperWinch off Amazon...
