What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Yea, I usually research a gucci mod for a day or two before I pull the trigger. Repairs or change-outs get at least a few hours.

Currently researching the mod where people are putting the U-bolts on the rear leafs to stop axle wrap. Local autopart store has the u-bolt packs, just haven't had enough time to read through the whole thread yet.

 

Fukn ripped a cv boot mud riding Saturday hopefully that's it

 

Oil change and a bath. Now need to do the same to the truck.

I tried to do the same with a different site's decal and fucked the whooooole thing up ahaha

 

Tore my front bumper off and sandblasted it (shit they put on the roads here eats paint like crazy) reinstalled stock bumper for a couple days and also rebuilt the used winch I got so ready to go in when I put the bumper back on

Ordered my mid rise shell. Pics in a few weeks. Oh, shipped my aFe filter back because JCwhitney sent the 2.7 instead of the 3.4 and you could tell right away it wasn't gonna fit. But that was on Friday, so technical it wasn't "today"

 

well rattled canned would fit the description better, but I didnt plan on painting the center part as well but I was too lazy to tape it off

Painted grill. Came out alright. SHould have sanded the plastic area with finer sandpaper prior to priming and painting. But meh. Also used meguiars ultimate black on the bumpers and fender flares. Then i sanded down the chrome on the front to prime and spray tomorrow. Sanded bumper not shown

 

x2, very smart advice indeed.... Just grab maybe 2 gs and you can do a sas.... Its plain simple really
