There are proper venues for complaints and Im sure Troy would have no issue resolving them and issuing refunds as requested.

You know, I did use a PM, and received no response. And then after many comments, me not being the only person, he continually ignored us and made zero response about our refunds until we called him on it. His retaliatory post about having a full job and a family, hey bro, that's great, that just goes to prove our point that you were severely ill prepared for this group buy and obviously this business is just a side thing you're doing and you obviously could give a shit about any of your customers.

I am not here to side with either party. However, with the possibility of communication breakdowns over the last 3 months about shipping, receiving and delivery, I hope Troy uses the criticism to better the next group buy. I hope he can learn for any mistakes and the positive things that were done. As far as people bashing other people, grow up. Really, we are all adults here and I am sure we can handle a couple people out of hundred or so that aren't happy with us. NEWS FLASH - You can't please everyone. In the buyers defense, Troy you should have capped the buy at 50 people and stuck to one forum if this was your first time. It's called a test run. Or as Troy and E kept saying " this is 4 times bigger that we thought " then you should have capped at 25. Focus on the one forum and fine tune the process. I hope that when GB 2.0 happens, that it runs a lot smoother for him. He should have learned a lot from this. If not, get out of the group buy arena. If the devotion isn't there to the customer then focus everything with your family. After all family is priority.
