I like the First Team down Western Branch. They do good work and I dont usually have issues with them. Plus they have a movie theater for while you wait (and offer hair salon/manicure/pedicure for your wife if she comes with you).

Are you powder coating yours or rattle spray? I get mine on Saturday or Monday

 

Seen a long travel first gen on 64 with dual spare holder in the bed and bro lean.

Had DOD decal.

Is that what your front bumper has on it? Is that in an aerosol can or you actually have to paint it on with a roller? Going your route is most def cheaper than me bringing it get powder coated.

 

yeah, its kinda both. the por 15 is rolled/brushed on, then the rustoleum bedliner is sprayed on. u can get it at home depot. my front bumper is now that way since the powder coat peeled off after shoe creek. decided to get the PC sand blasted off and painted my self. the por 15 paint is pretty good shit but it needs a top coat becuse otherwise it will fade. its also kinda expensive. a quart will easily do a bumper, possibly more with sliders and whatever else u want painted

 

I was really thinking about getting it powder coated but if I need to touch it up rattle can would be easier. I've used rustoleum red primer and rustolem satin for my old tg front bumper. Pretty happy with the results. I used the rustolem bedliner for my sliders. Never used por 15.

 

if u ever use por 15, make sure to wear gloves. other wise that shit will stain on j00 skin for about a week

Yep, also I want to have the bed and cab off to do it.. The bed is no big deal, the cab is gonna be an issue because it's my DD.

 

ive painted just about everything steel that i have added and i never really smelled anything. also did it outside except the front bumper and i did that in barry's garage

no fumes that i know of. doesnt give anything off and directions never really had any warnings for it
