bad lifter rocker???

i can here a nosie on the driver side of the motor ???is it a rocker a lifter and i ajust it fix it has anyone eles had the nosie can somone help me out its a ticking sound in the top

 

Perfectly normal... They all do it. Drove me nuts for a while, I dont even hear it anymore.
If you search tick you can find a few threads about it.
Heres one that says how to fix. I havent tried it though.

its normal. assuming you have a 4.0, there are no lifters, rockers, nothing. there is an adjustment spec for lash or clearance but I have found nothing spec.ing when to check it. nor have I heard of anyone that has ever checked theirs lol.

very simple valve train once you get past the 3 chains and four cams, two of which with variable timing. direct contact between cam and valve, with only an upside down bucket sorta thing between the cam and valve stem
