Does anyone have a clever cheap fix for the storage covers? Both left and right side open while driving and get tossed around the bed. I'm afraid one day my tailgate will be down and I will lose both covers.

There is a mod on here to make them locking. You just need to buy to lock cylinders and spend alittle time.

Locks are ideal......but, I think a non-lock solution would be preferred since less keys are always a plus...

I've tested the OEM latches (tightened the screws, etc...) and found that they are loose even at full lock. I tried to bend the latch, in theory would add pressure to the connection but found it did nothing.

I believe you meant "two", not "to".
