2013 Grill and Headlights on a 2010 Taco

Hey guys I am hoping that someone may be able to tell me if the grill and headlights off of a 2013 Tacoma will fit on a 2010 tacoma. Any insight would be helpful. The girlfriend (Blonde) backed into my truck without looking...Typical.

 

No, the hood is different and so are the fenders

I couldn't find the write up either but you can see in those pics he made it work.
I think the fenders are the same but the hood, lights, grill & bumper would have to be replaced. Not sure about the brackets behind the bumper.
